Our services

Emergency Line Subscription

Business doesn't stop at 6 PM. We offer an exclusive subscription for mission-critical projects that cannot afford downtime.

How it works:

The Retainer (Availability Fee): For a fixed monthly fee, you reserve our attention. We guarantee that a Senior Engineer familiar with your project is available to pick up the phone 24/7.

Immediate Response: In the event of a critical failure, you bypass standard support channels. We mobilize immediately to stabilize your infrastructure.

Transparent Billing: You only pay for actual intervention time (hourly rate applies). Note: To ensure this line is reserved for genuine emergencies, a minimum 2-hour mobilization fee applies to all out-of-hours calls.

Common Questions about the Emergency Line:

— What does the monthly retainer cover? It covers our readiness. Our engineers plan their lives to ensure they can respond to you instantly, even on New Year's Eve. You are paying to reserve this capacity.
— Why is there a minimum 2-hour charge? An emergency call requires immediate mobilization and disruption of other tasks or rest. This minimum threshold ensures the emergency line is used strictly for critical incidents that threaten your business, ensuring we stay sharp when it really matters.

Coverage Structure

Our pricing model is designed for partnership: a small fee to reserve capacity, and an hourly rate for actual work done.
